Please consider becoming a donor to this year’s fundraising campaign. There are important projects for which funding will be required this year in order to accomplish the end goal of restoring the Manchester waterways and gain safe and convenient access to the Myakka River and Charlotte Harbor.
A big thanks to everyone who has donated generously in the past which has allowed our association to accomplish so much. Now it’s time to step on the accelerator and for everyone to chip in so collectively we can advance this important project even faster. The benefits to our community will be enormous.
Donors (both individuals and businesses) will be publicly recognized in our newsletter, at meetings, and in other forms of publicity throughout the year. The size of your donation will determine the contribution level and will be cumulative from now until the end of 2021 in case more than one donation is made during the entirety of this campaign. Donors who wish to remain anonymous will be done so. Here are the levels:
Seaman Level Less than $100
Petty Officer Level $100 - $249
Ensign Level $250 - $499
Commander Level $500 - $999
Admiral Level $1,000 - $2,499
Presidents Club Level Greater than $2,500
The Manchester Waterway is a 501c3 organization so all donations are tax deductible. Donations made in the form of stock or securities may have additional tax benefits which you might wish to speak with your financial advisor about. If you have a household budget which includes an annual amount for charitable contributions, please consider using a portion of that budget to donate to the Manchester Waterway Association in order to support our local community.
Donations can be made through PayPal (see link below). MWCA also accepts checks. Checks should be made out to MWCA and mailed to MWCA, PO BOX 380156, MURDOCK, FL 33938
